The Decode Travel Hackathon, organised by Chain4Travel, marked the start of a global series of events. This event was closely linked to the Camino Network Foundation’s mission to integrate traditional travel companies into the Web3 travel ecosystem. The aim was to solve real business challenges, train teams in blockchain and digital technologies and raise community awareness of new digital products.

Over 50 participants from more than 10 countries took part in the hackathon and in just two days developed outstanding solutions that will advance future technologies in the travel sector. The success of this first event has laid the foundation for further Decode Travel Hackathons worldwide. Travel companies looking to improve their business opportunities with modern digital technologies are invited to participate in future events.
